If it was possible to give zero stars then I would. The website is really glitchy. All I'm trying to do is a simple password reset but I keep getting the 'Sorry, something went wrong...' message, which is so frustrating.As a result I've been forced to phone the ''help line''. I've phoned twice and both times I've been put on hold for 10-20 mins just to be cut off when it gets to my turn. I eventually got through to someone who was completely and utterly useless. Worst customer service line ever.
