I would give them 0 stars if possible!Their website is extremely confusing and misleading. Having never used the ULEZ zone previously I tried to make payment to be led to multiple pages and informed to download the app. Once registered with the app I received an email to say I had been charged £10 for an annual fee! I registered within 24hrs of arriving in London and stayed for 3 days. I called TFL to ask why there were no charges on my account and was told that they take a number of days to update but due to not paying for the first day I was to be fined £160 or £80 if paid quiicker for non payment as this was not covered by the auto pay although the other days were.Even the publicised customer service number is chargeable and having been padded out with irrelevant information I was told to call another number. Another effort to extort every available penny from the user!To top it off I was referred back to their disfunctional website to find the complaints section as their customer service line does not have a complaints department! You couldnt make it up! What a joke.
