Shockingly incredibly difficult to cancel a subscription. Took over 30 minutes online with ‚Vilius‘ where I had to provide three forms of identification even though I had logged into my account to contact them! Obfuscated the whole way and would not respond for ages between messages. Obviously expecting me to give up and try another day. Terrible service and a shame for the journalists having to put up with the circus destroying the Times previous good name. AVOID
