I have to agree with other reviewers - it is a ridiculous hassle to cancel your subscription, and they refuse to accept your written notification of intent to cancel. They make you waste time calling them. No other company I use makes it this awkward to cancel a service, or refuses to accept your written cancellation request. Definitely not a recipe for a returning or loyal customer, so my advice is don't bother at all.
