Same experience as other reviewers - this august organ is making it very difficult to cancel. First call, waited ages then mysteriously cut off. Second call 30 mins, stated to be cancelled, but operator very reluctanct to give me number and e mail, I insisted on both having just read the experiences below, We will see, They should be ashamed, I now won't buy the Times in paper or online, having been an on and off reader since my university days.
