Things went a bit wrong with my order this time. I had paid for expensive express delivery, but the items didn’t arrive.It seems that UPS made the mistake, but after dealing with their useless customer service, I contacted Thomann. As always, they delivered service at a very high level.I spoke with them briefly, and they assured me they would take care of everything. Short and precise – and the package arrived the next day.Unfortunately, it was too late, so Thomann also refunded the cost of the expensive express delivery without a single question.There’s a reason I shop at Thomann. I’ve done so for many years and recommend them to everyone. It is absolutely one of the best webshops, and I have NEVER had any problems with them.
