This company's business model is charging you 10x the market rate to get you into google search results - and then directing the customer to their app instead of your website/contact information.Customer leads are, more often than not, non-response. Some are outright fake.Thumbtack used to be good about refunding the fake leads, but recently they've refused to refund or credit even clearly bad leads.
