Horrible customer service.....How are they still in business??? I got an error message on the mobile app and notified Ticketmaster 3-4 months ahead of the event. Though I sent them EVERYTHING the asked for....several times..they were never able to fix it. I could not pull up the ticketmaster app on the day of the show so I transferred the tickets so my daughter and her mother could go instead. I will never purchase tickets from them again with the expectation that they can provide any level of customer support. I spent over two hundred for those tickets and really wanted to go to the show.....but at least my daughter and her mother got a chance to see them. Ticketmaster sucks big time!!!
