#839998650516 Holiday Inn Express Hampton,VA 23666Booked for 06-26-25, Donna front desk was terrible. Lying about my service dog barking and had a terrible attitude. Donna changed her story when I corrected her in front of her co-worker about her lies. (Elevator)being broke (Guests were trapped in the elevator)- had to carry luggage 5 flights of stairs, bacteria on ceilings, pool looked like human waste on the flooring and filthy water, dealing with a ghetto mentality employee-Donna...I should have stayed at the holiday inn in Williamsburg VA.
