We checked into a Red Roof Inn in Fort Wayne Indiana and discovered a cockroach in the room. We promptly checked out and asked for a refund. The manager denied and we were forced to pay a a substandard room which we didn't even stay the night. I supposed it is not reasonable and we should have been expected to spend the night in a roach infested room. Trip advisor was no help what so ever. Will never use this site and I will warn all of my friends.
