I booked a holiday with Love Holidays to Fuerteventura, everything went well but on pre paid transfer to the airport the MTS Global driver left 15 minutes early without us, wouldn’t answer his phone and ignored my emails. I took a taxi and approached the girl at the MTS desk who advised that it’s ‘not my problem, incoming visitors only’. Do Not book with MTS, unreliable, uncontactable and unaccountable.
