I signed up to twilio few years ago, I was developing an app to use this API to message my customers. I just try to fund my production account using Paypal. Once funded my account, they took money and suspended my account for no reason. Very strange. I contacted them few days ago, but no response till now. Try to use other service. Twilio is just a wast of time.
