It's a con. They promote the surveys as free and let you create and send. Then a few days afterwards they email you to say you are almost at the 10 max responses limit and if you want to collect more responses than 10 you need to pay a subscription (which I seem to recall was c.£30). This was simply a survey I had sent to my son's class - I was only expecting c.15 responses but I didn't want to look like a moron and have to backtrack with parents to pull the survey. So I paid (and have just cancelled so hopefully I won't be charged again). It's highly misleading and in my opinion a total con. They are based overseas so you can't easily get in touch with anyone to complain.
