Fantastic product. Typeform has enabled us to find out so much information about our customers. We are now in a position where we can develop a product and a service based on their exact requirements. It has also allowed us the ability to filter information. For example, we get a large number of PR requests that go through our customer service desk each week. Our canned response sends them to a survey, giving us the ability to filter the good from the bad. It is easy and quick to set up, even I can do it.
