Uber is number 1 for the worst customer service — they don’t answer the actual messages but reply with something unrelated. The humans working at Uber are incompetent. Uber hires idiots. You should avoid this company at all costs. I would really like to know what Mrs. Laureline Serieys (Uber’s Managing Director) is actually doing at Uber instead of giving interviews. It would be more useful for you to take a serious look at your customer service — full of incompetents. You don’t need an ESSEC degree to run a customer service this disastrous.
