The App is quite obviously designed to pressure you into losing money.It is neither user friendly nor demonstrative of any decent kind of business practices.Use it at your own financial peril.The complaint process is an utter waste of time, took a week just to respond, and only with their gibberish excuses.So many better businesses are out there that deserve your attention.I'd use them instead.Bye bye Uber 👋 😘
