I got a very big fright when my driver went the wrong way for 30 mins and tried to assure me it was the right way when I told him I could see it wasn’t he then turned around and went the right way, I then was overcharged for my drive , not only did he go the wrong way but he also was texting while driving, and as a young girl I was very very scared. Uber didn’t give me a full refund and said they will try not pair that rider with me again but can’t garuntee that happening, that’s not ok , I was quite shaken up by the event and the unhelpfulness and unwilling to understanding of uber company made the situation worse. Especially as on the Sunday evening told me would look into it and gave someone call me only for no one to
