Extra charges rip off

Had a trip in London In an electric car, uber then charged an extra 1.5 but that charge does not apply to electric cars !! And trying to contact customer support on Uber is a joke, it’s not the amount it’s the way they do it, I’ll contact my credit card company and request a refund
