They break consumer laws day and day…

They break consumer laws day and day out. The consumer rights act on the 2015 apparently does not apply to these people. My past four orders has always had items missing or different items to what I’ve ordered each time they refunded me. I ordered a Chinese takeaway the other day and it turned up and the chicken was completely raw. I called the restaurant and they acknowledge this. I even took the food back to the restaurant. The owner of the restaurant was absolutely mortified and offered me a refund straight away. He called Uber Eats and said to offer me a full refund. And then put in for a full refund using the app and behold they denied it!! a week later I ordered a McDonald’s with two meals and only one meal came… they then continuously asked me to take a photo of the item that had not arrived? Instead of responding they then just continuously use an automated response and half of the time they don’t even listen to your queries. I’ve had to email the CEO and I’m even put in for a small claims court. I know the court might seem excessive, but these massive companies need to be held accountable, especially when they’re breaking UK laws.
