Disgraceful business Ubereats

I placed an order via UberEats, and the restaurant accepted it. However, shortly after, the restaurant called to inform me that the items I ordered were unavailable and requested that I cancel my order. Since I’ve never canceled an order before, I asked the restaurant if I would receive a full refund, to which they confirmed I would.Despite this assurance, I later discovered that I was charged for the full order, even though I never received the food. After contacting UberEats multiple times, they kept telling me it was my fault for canceling after the restaurant had accepted the order, but offered no real solution. Both the restaurant and UberEats are failing to provide proper customer service in this situation.I feel this is an unjust business practice, especially when the restaurant itself asked me to cancel due to unavailable items. On top of my frustration is that Ubereats don’t have customer service telephone line.
