Order never received (#972CA) – terrible customer serviceI placed an Uber Eats order in Australia and selected the “leave at door” option. The delivery driver left the bags in front of the main gate facing the street, even though the small gate to the house was open. As a result, the bags were taken – I never received my order.I contacted customer support multiple times, providing a clear explanation and photo evidence. Every claim was dismissed without proper investigation, and the case was closed without discussion.Uber refused to refund or resend the order, claiming they couldn’t “confirm the order didn’t arrive” – completely ignoring the fact that the delivery was handled carelessly.In short:❌ Careless delivery❌ No accountability❌ Useless and dismissive supportWould not recommend. I won’t be using this service again.
