Appalling customer serviceAppalling customer service. I had issues with myuber one account so decided to cancel my membership I was then offered a promotional offer of 90% off for 3 months with £1.50 due to be taken on 13th June. Yesterday I was sent an email asking me to update my payment despite there being no issue with it. The payment would not update despite trying numerous times and also trying a different credit card. I reached out to the online help but kept getting pointless answers back which did not relate or help resolve the issue. The payment update was finally accepted last night but £4.99 payment had now been taken instead of £1.50 as per the promotional offer applied to my account. I have sent numerous messages to the help online support but I’m getting nowhere, despite sending screenshots of the offer on my account. They just keep staying that Uber one membership is £4.99 a month ignoring the fact that I was offered 90% off for 3 months. It’s evidently just a scam to take another full months membership! I have now cancelled my membership. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS They have caused me nothing but stress and wasted so much of my time
