Astonishingly bad

It is astonishing what they do. Since around 10 years the quality is droping further and further. The games that they make are so half-hearted.They hope to achieve more and more profit with less and less development.Ubi, seriously, if you continue like this, its just a matter of time before you will go under.Custumer support? Might as well be called customer's enemy. Extremely rude, unhelping and useless.
