If I could give it a 0 I would. Absolute TERRIBLE customer service. Nothings ever f ucking working, can't even change the damn email to my account let alone play a game I FUCKI NG PAYED 35 DOLLARS FOR. SORRY ASS EXCUSE FOR A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY ABSOLUTE D O G S H I T. Over the past 5 years I've had my ubisoft account every single time I've tried to login to play my games it never works ever and there's always a problem to come with it, and with that problem come stress because their systems are never working and doing what they're supposed to. Such a disappointment of a company
