Their games are unfinished at release and yet charge us top prices. Games full of bugs, errors, constantly get disconnected from servers. If they do ever fixed them it takes months or even years.Customer service is a joke. A very bad unfunny joke. If you are lucky enough to even receive a response, it'll take days or weeks. The response will then being a generic copy paste response and probably unrelated to your problem or they'll just tell you the problem is your side.I'm now on my third Ubisoft title in recent years (For Honor) and all have been very buggy and often unplayable. For Honor has by far been the worse gaming experience I've ever had. Now almost three months after release and I still can only finish one or two games out of ten without errors booting me from the game.The really sad thing is, they do actually make great games. They just don't work!
