Unfair Interest Charges – A Hidden Trap!My wife accidentally made a credit card payment of around 2,400 CHF. We paid the full amount, but UBS didn’t take the money immediately. Instead, they delayed the transaction for up to three weeks while continuing to charge us an outrageous interest fee of 88 CHF per month!When we called customer service, they simply told us that this is their process. Meanwhile, the delay works entirely in their favor, costing customers like us significant extra money. This feels like a deliberate scheme to profit from unnecessary interest charges.Be very careful when dealing with UBS credit cards! Their system is designed to maximize fees at your expense. I strongly advise others to reconsider before banking with them.
