Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Takes forever to get anything done, must go in in person or have a letter sent out. Takes weeks to set up an account, they then send you numerous different cards (all charged). E-banking is worse with a kind of two app system that also requires two letter spread over weeks. Lose your phone and you are dead in the water for weeks on end with no access to your accounts! I absolutely do not recomend using this bank.
