These people have charged my credit card and claimed to have shipped the items. When you go to the link, it says the delivery company has not received the items from Ulta. I have asked them to cancel the order and they refused because they claim you only have an hour after placing an order to cancel. They also claim they can't do anything until 9 business days have passed. My items that I ordered from Sephora on the same day arrived 4 days ago. Never again!!
