I’m iffy about Ulta. I like their app and rewards program. I have issues with their salon. The stylist is great. I’ve been going to her for about 8 months. No more. Every time I go there’s a new charge for something and their prices keep going up. I get the same thing all over color and cut. Never the same amount.
