Tried placing an order, realized it was the wrong address after the fact, yeah my bad. I reached out to them by phone and canceled the order (the guy said it was canceled) but I never received an email confirmation. So I emailed them that same night, with awful customer service and they said could not be guaranteed it would be canceled. Ignored my concerns, and just gave me an insincere, robotic response. Tried calling the next night, the guy told me the same thing and I asked what happens if it does go out, and get delivered? Another family lives at my old house and he told me I would not get a refund. Really ridiculous I can not cancel my order, or even get refunded if it gets delivered even after I have tried numerous times to cancel my order! I really like Ulta, the closest place anyways to get beauty products but do not really know if I will continue shopping (at least online) after this.
