I am extremely disappointed in Ulta beauty’s approach to handling my credit card dispute. I informed them of financial issues and that I contracted covid, which made it extremely difficult to pay off my account. I have received two late fees of $35, in total $70. I asked them to consider that I have had financial hardship and have been sick, and they refused to waive the late fees. I have been informed that they only waive one late fee every 18 months. This is insane given we have all experienced a PANDEMIC. I was looking to settle my debt in full and they still would not consider my circumstances and waive the fees. I am 100% disappointed and disgusted with how the company has handled this issue and I’m sure many others like mine. From here on out, I will be taking my business else where. Do not open a card with them!! You will regret it!!!
