What customer service??? They are totally useless. I ordered a large order with delivery last week, taking advantage of Black Friday prices. I received notice confirming the order and confirming it was being shipped. Then 4 days later, I got an email advising my refund was being processed!! Customer service could not tell me why the order was cancelled and worse. could not reissue the order, and won’t honor the prices at which I ordered the items! One of my items is now back at full price (double the price I ordered it). This was ulta’s error. What’s the purpose of customer service when they provide no service. I may as well order on amazon - for the same price and I know it will be delivered. What a shame Ulta.
