Every time I call Ulta guest services someone in Asia answers the phone and they don't try to resolve your issue and they are very rude. I HARDLY EVER GET AN AMERICAN WHEN I CALL. I guess it's time to get rid of the Ultra credit card and get a Sephora. I've had issues with Ulta before that was not my fault and it's obvious they don't want my money anymore. I have spent hundreds with them in the last two years. Now it's black Friday and I cannot place an order online. GOODBYE ULTA.Look at their reviews. 75% is one star reviews and they do nothing to change it. THAT'S BAD
