I have been a member of Ulta since 2014 I've had shipments lost but they've always sent me out a new shipment but I've had problems with my points or anything like that everything is always been corrected I'm able to get mid-range and drugstore products all at one place and that formula and love I will stay there in store customer service a lot of times are discriminating if you're not wearing a full face makeup or if you're not of a certain social status they tend to treat you like you're not going to spend any money but that's pretty much any brick and mortar store I will say that they need to get some newer brands in the store like Huda Beauty Sonia G brushes something
