If I could give a zero star for online Ulta I would absolutely do so. I placed my order on the 10th of July, the order was said to be here on the 18th. Once I realized the 18th has passed and still no order was received I was confused so I checked online through Ulta to see where it could be. I only saw that it was shipped back to the sender. Now still with no clear idea where my money's worth of makeup was at I called their customer service for about a week straight. The people working are so kind but still have no clear answer to give and say that at this time I cannot cancel my order because of the postal delay. How much longer should I wait? At the same time I am a loyal customer to Ulta before the pandemic, I just thought I'd try their online store due to the pandemic. I am just frustrated with the lack of service they are able to give via online and over the phone. As in no emails pertaining to the fact that my order has not been delivered, in fact I received one stating that I could write reviews on the products I "received". I would recommend to anyone thinking placing an order online from Ulta to not do so, it is not worth your time or money. Try in store if they are open near your or maybe another makeup store online. Save your headaches for something else please!
