Very expensive package marked deliverd on May 29th, 2020that was not at my door! Called carrier and Ulta, neither got back to me even after claim was escalated, whatever that means. I recieved 1 automatic reply to my email and that's it. All it said was thanks for the email we will get back to you basically. I kept having to call for updates and it was always the same BS. Turns out I had enough today and flipped out on them and after being put on hold 20 times and transferred to the supervisor who has been too busy to get back to me since the 29th they finally figured it all out 2 hours before I called according to her. They can't reship or refund me my money! Over $400 for a Dyson Dryer and they said the carrier has a picture it was left at my front door so sorry if someone stole it basically. What a JOKE! IT MUST BE INSURED!!!!! DISPUTING WITH MY BANK AND NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING LIKE THIS FROM THEM AGAIN! THEY DID NOT USE UPS, FEDEX OR THE POSTAL OFFICE. THEY USED SOME BOOTLEG 3RD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE. FOR ALL I KNOW THEY COULD HAVE SNAPPED THE PICTURE AND TAKEN THE PACKAGE THEMSELVES. TOTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DISGRACE! I HAVE REQUESTED A COPY OF THE PHOTOGRAPH TO SEE WHERE THEY LEFT IT. I HAVE A WALL THEY COULD HAVE EASILY PUT IT BEHIND SO IT WOULD BE OUT OF SIGHT. VERY CURIOUS TO SEE EXACTLY WHERE THEY LEFT IT.
