I ordered a pair of trousers using Click and Collect. I travelled to my nearest store and the collection machine was not working. The store (Oxford Street, London) spent 20 minutes trying to find someone who could help only to return saying they would have to call an engineer. They couldn't provide a refund and said I should wait for collection cut-off date to pass and then I would be automatically sent a refund. When the refund was sent I received an email saying the shipping cost had been deducted! When I called Uniqlo Customer Services to complain, they said they could only provide a coupon in compensation but on condition that I set up an account with them! Horrendous customer service values, no staff empowerment in store to help me, and failing technology. Avoid click and collect!
