I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!As they do not carry the larger sizes in store I accepted that their size charts as being correct but the chinos I ordered were way off.They do not accept returns in-store and expected me to pay for the return.I am now £4 pounds out of pocket.This was my first purchase and will definitely be my last.No such thing as customers goodwill.I will definitely not be recommending them as an trusted retailer to any of my friends
