Their online experience is like a nightmare.In year 2023 it's very unlikely to find a online shopping experience that is this bad other than Muji, except Uniqlo ( Guess it's some sort of common problems in Japanese based online shops)The website UI is like crap and you can never find what you are looking for. The return process is a disaster and error messages jumps out from nowhere. Just don't buy their stuff online
