So incredibly bad

So incredibly bad. After sending back an item following their instructions they are refusing to refund, telling me to deal with Evri who appear to have lost the package. Uniqlo claim my tracking number is invalid, even though they emailed it to me and I can see it works fine on Evris website. This followed a horrible experience trying to pick the parcel up in the first instance from their store. Having to queue for an hour after the store had lost the package. Absolutely bonkers system.
