Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. No contact number. Received an email informung me i would get a reply in 2 days regarding a refund, 7 days later still no reply. This is the 2nd time in 4 weeks ive had this issue. Trying to get a refund online is awful, will never use uniqlo again.
