I love the colour and fit of their clothes but the service is just so bad. A while ago my order was left at my doorstep (on a busy road) when I'd specified to leave with a neighbour if I wasn't home. The package was stolen. I contacted them and they, after a few weeks, sent out a replacement package - but it was missing a jumper from my original order. They initially responded and said they would sent the replacement asap - but when it didn't arrive within two weeks and I followed up with an email, they said they had decided not to send as all seemed fine from their warehouse. I can only assume they thought I'd bothered to lie about it. I did since reorder the same item because I liked it so much, but now feel like I've been forced to pay double. The other thing I've noticed is that any of the fine Merino wool items have - for maybe the last 8 months or so - arrived smelling either very musty, or with a strong chemical smell. It's really a shame - I do love their aesthetic and quality, but it's hard to trust anything I order anymore.
