Worst customer service ever from a clothing brand.

I experience the worst customer service ever from a clothing brand. I made an online purchase of thermals on 27 Dec-2021, I realized I got the wrong size as I needed M and got L size. For which I visited their Stratford outlet twice, where once the men's section was the closed and second time they didn't have the stock. Then I visited their oxford street branch and came to know I can't change/return any product purchased through Klarna in store. In all this hustle, I missed the last date of 27-Jan and now upon enquiring, I got to know I am no more eligible for an exchange of size. Also note, I did fill out the online form as well but no one contacted me.Trust me, even if I buy a product from Primark for £3, they serve much better customer service than Uniqlo where you have spent 50 quid for the wrong size product.
