Clothes are good value and shipping is reasonably fast. However, their returns are diabolical. If you return an item, expect to wait weeks for a refund, if they bother at all. They’ve also disconnected the Customer Service telephone number today. Come on Uniqlo - I like your clothes but daren’t buy from you again.
