Watch out for their online store. They dont allow you to return underwear despite it being in the unopened package. This is a clear violation of the distansavtalslagen, as the hygiene exception does not apply to sealed products. What is more, their own packaging states "For hygiene reasons this product is non-returnable once opened." This implies that if unopened it IS returnable. Totally misleading.
