I made an order on 14th December, it is now 31st December (9 working days), I have received no parcel, no dispatch emails, no calls, nothing. I ordered items from 6 other retailers (excluding. Amazon) after I have made my Uniqlo order, all of them have now arrived. Some of them even arrived within 3 working days. Uniqlo definitely needs better logistic and stock management support if they were to grow.I have no issues with them buying in-store and I love their products (good quality, good price), but definitely do not order online if you need the items soon-ish.
