I placed an order on 9 December, which I thought would be early enough for Christmas. My order still hasn't been processed two weeks later. It's impossible to get through, I was on the phone for 30 mins, no agents on the chat, and the contact form on their website doesn't work. No email address to be found. I understand these are difficult times but none other business has been this appalling. They're a big company, surely they can afford to hire more people over the Christmas period?!
