Terrible customer services and poor quality

I bought two merino wool jumpers in London. When I got home to Gloucestershire one had a hole in the back and the other gained a hole the first day I wore it. Customer Services wriggled out of a refund despite my best efforts. Two jumpers binned due to holes. Left a large hole in my wallet too. Avoid!
