Returned order 4 weeks ago and still no refund!

I returned my order 4 weeks ago and have not received a refund. There is no contact number for customer service and when you write it on a form they reply with w lazy response saying due to covid there has been a delay. I told them that I sent another order with this order which was returned right away but have not heard anything about this order, they fail to respond to this. Their customer service is shocking, the worst I've dealt with yet, 100% avoid shopping with them I will not be shopping with them again and will be advising friends and family not to either! Absolutely pathetic!
