Awful service

I personally will never be using Uniqlo again after the appalling service I have had. I ordered something over a week ago and I had heard nothing. On the website they say they are experiencing delays so do not get in touch unless it’s been over 8 working days since the order. On the 8th working day and after being on hold for 45 minutes (the phone number was hard to find but I found it) I was told that my order had been sent to the parcel shop but after 7 days was returned and now my only option was a refund that would take 7 -10 working days. I never received an email to say it was being delivered. There was no communication. I do not have my order. They have my money and I have to wait an age for a refund. Awful service, will not be using them again.
